Ingredients

oil 2-3 tsp

1/2 tsp Cumin

1tsp urad dal

1/2tsp chana dal

1tsp mustard seeds

red chillies                  2no

green chillies              2no

curry leaf as required

boiled potatoes          2 big

spinach                        1 cup

salt                                as required

coriander powder       1tsp

jeera powder                1/2 tsp

chillipowder                 1tsp

pinch of turmeric

Method

Heat oil in a pan….once it is hot add tempering(jeera,urad dal,chana dal,mustard seeds,red chillies,curry leaf)….fry for a minute and add green chillies,boiled and smashed potatoes……cook for a minute/two …

now,add washed and finely chopped spinach 

add,salt,chilli powder,coriander and jeera powders …..mix well and cook till the spinach is cooked well…

finally check the salt and serve…

goes great with roti’s and white rice along with ghee 🙂

Corn Soup

Ingredients
1cup corn frozen
3 cups water
1 carrot finely chopped
1tsp rice vinegar
2tsp vegetable broth
1tsp soya sauce
1tsp olive oil
2tsp cornflour

salt to taste
Method
Soak the frozen corn in hot water for 2-3 mts….now,keep away 1/4th cup corn for the later on use and grind the remaining corn into fine paste…..now take 2 tsp vegetable broth in a cooking vessel and add 3cups water….cook on medium flame for 2-3mts….add vinegar,soya sauce and the corn paste…..after 2 mts add finely chopped carrots,and corn…..add olive oil and bring to boil….remove any excess froth….add salt…once the carrots are soft finally,add cornflour paste to thicken the soup….corn soup is ready to serve 🙂

Ingredients

Grated cheese                     1 cup

greenchillies/jalapeños    3-4 no

pepper                                  1/2 tsp

cornflour                             1 tsp

salt to taste

egg                                       2 no

all purpose flour/maida 5-6 tsp

Bread Crumbs                  5-6 tsp

oil to deep fry

chilli powder                    pinch

Method

In a bowl mix grated cheese,salt,cornflour,pepper and make into small balls….Now,take eggmixture , allpurpose flour,breadcrumbs in 3 different bowls….add salt and chilli pwd to beaten eggs….now,take one cheese ball…roll it in the egg mixture….then coat it with all purpose flour….again in the egg and then at last coat it with the breadcrumb mixture…..do the same with all the balls….keep them aside……now heat the oil,once the oil is heat deep fry all the balls on medium flame till they are golden brown…..that’s it yummmy cheeesy balls are ready to eat 🙂

note :don’t over fry the balls in the oil,or else the cheese breaksout …
