Ingredients

1 cup water

2 cups milk

4 tsp tea powder

2 inch ginger chopped

4 tsp sugar

Method

In a bowl add water,milk,tea powder and bring to boil….when it starts to boil add smashed ginger…..boil for 3-4 mts….finally add sugar ,filter and serve 🙂

Sponge Cake

Ingredients

Maida /All Purpose Flour 250gms

Butter 250gms

Powdered sugar 250gms

eggs 4 no

2 tsp Vanilla Essence

pinch of baking powder

TuttiFrutti  300gm

Method

Take a bowl and add butter….keep the butter at room temperature so that it is easy to mix…..once the butter is creamy add powdered sugar and start mixing till it is creamy……now,beat the eggs and vanilla essence together in a bowl……add half of the egg-vanilla mixture into the butter and mix slowly,after sometime add the remaining egg-vanilla mixture and mix thoroughly till it is creamy…..(adding egg-vanilla mixture in batches will not make the mixture to curdle)……now take maida ,baking powder and mix well…add this maida mixture to the egg-butter mixture and mix thoroughly…..now, mix in the TuttiFrutti…….now,take the cake mould and apply butter allover,and also sprinkle maida on that……,pour in the cake batter …..preheat the oven to 200°c-180°c……after 5 mins place the tray in the oven and bake at 180°c for 30-40mts …happy baking 🙂 

note: test with a fork/toothpick if your cake is completely baked…..dip in the toothpick into the cake ….if the toothpick comes out without any cake batter then, your cake is ready or else bake for another 10mts,till your cake completely bakes .

This is a recipe for those who don’t like to  eat grapes….this is a homemade recipe and you can store this in your refrigerator and serve whenever you want to 🙂

Ingredients

1kg green grapes

600gm sugar

1 big lemon juice

2-3 cloves

salt to clean

Method

Take the grapes in a bowl and some salt and thoroughly wash them in running water…..now,add grapes and cloves in a pressure cooker and  pressure cook for three whistles(no need to add any water)…..mash them and grind them till pureed……now strain the juice……now,add sugar ,lemon juice to the strained juice and boil till you observe a string consistency…..once it is cooled down,transfer the juice to a glass container and store in a refrigerator…….whenever u wanna drink take 1/4th glass grape juice and add cool water, mix with a spoon and serve.. 🙂 u’ll njoy this in summer season 🙂
