Ingredients
Hung curd 250 gms
Mint leaves 1/2cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
green chillies 2-3 no
garlic pods 2-3 no
1/2 onion chopped
roasted cumin 1 tsp
oil 1tsp
salt to taste
black salt(optional)

Method
Hung curd preparation….
Take curd in a cloth and pack it tightly with a band and keep it on a sieve so that all the water goes out…for 1 hour….it will be more creamy….this is Hung curd

Now,take a mixie jar and add mint,coriander,chilli,garlic, onions and grind to a paste….add this paste to the hung curd and mix well…now,add roasted cumin,salt ,oil and mix well….that’s it BBQ Sauce is ready to serve πŸ™‚ goes great with any barbeque .

Ingredients

1 white brinjal

1tsp jeera

1tsp oil

3-4 tsp chopped coriander leaves

2 green chillies

1 red chilli

5-6 garlic pods

small lemon sized tamarind

salt to taste

Method

First burn the brinjal equally on all sides till it turns black and soft to touch ,directly on flame(place the brinjal directly on the burner…..and burn equally on all the sides with the help of tongs)….now let it cool and cut into small cubes…..keep aside(if you can’t burn the brinjal directly on burner you can cut the brinjal into cubes and fry them in a pan without adding oil)

Now, in a pan add oil and once it is hot add jeera,green chilli,red chilli,tamarind,chopped coriander one by one and switch off the stove……let it cool

now,in a blender add the fried jeera,greenchilli,red chilli,tamarind,chopped coriander ,garlic pods and blend into a coarse paste….then add brinjal and grind into paste…..add salt and garnish with coriander leaves…

serve hot with rice and ghee πŸ™‚

Ingredients

1 inch long ginger……finely chopped

1 tsp oil

1/2 tsp jeera

1/2 tsp dhaniya

1 tsp urad dal(optional)

1 Β or 2 red chillies

1 lemon sized tamarind…..extract the juice

1/2 tsp sugar

salt as required

some water

Method

In a pan add oil and allow it to heat…..add jeera,dhaniya,ginger,red chilli and fry for 2mts….add the tamarind juice to it and switch off the stove…….let it cool

Take the above mixture to a grinder and grind to a paste adding required water,salt and sugar and make as a paste…..

goes with idli,dosa
