Ingredients

11/2 inch long Cinnamon stick(chekka in telugu)

10 Cloves(lavangam in telugu)

8 Elaichi/Cardamom

11/2 tsp Dhaniya

1 tsp Jeera

11/2 tsp KhusKhus(gasagasalu in telugu)

pepper (optional)….if you want the masala to be more spicy)

Method

In a frying pan fry all the above said ingredients till there is a fantastic aroma  and the coriander seeds change the colour….keep stirring……let them cool to the room temperature….

In a blender,blend all the above fried ingredients together till very smooth powder and store in an air-tight container….. use as required in cooking …..will be fresh for 6months

Note:above said measurements are for a single time use of the powder…..if you want to prepare the powder in large amounts take 5times/10times  the above said measurement…..
