Ingredients

1/2 cup aloo boiled

1/2 cup mattar boiled

1/2 cup gobi boiled

1 medium sized onion finely chopped

2 green chillies finely chopped

1 medium sized tomato finely chopped

curry leaves

1 tsp garam masala

pinch of turmeric

1 tsp red chilli pwd

water as required

salt to taste

1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste(optional)

coriander leaves

Method

Clean and boil all the three vegies and  keep aside….

In a cooking vessel add oil ……once it is hot add green chilli,onions and cook till the onions turn light brown…….then,add tomatoes and cook till the oil separates……now,add curry leaves,ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute

Now,add boiled vegies….mix well and add some salt,pinch of turmeric,red chilli pwd and cook for another minute…..now,add some water,garam masala and mix well……cook for 5- 10 mts so that the vegies absorb all the masala and salt……once the gravy thickens garnish with coriander leaves and serve along with rice,roti 🙂
