Chicken65

Ingredients

Chicken 250 gms

1tsp all-purpose flour/maida

2tsp cornflour

1 egg

1tsp garam masala

salt as required

1 tsp red chilli powder

1tsp giger garlic paste

2-3 green chillies slit length wise

2-3 tsp curd

red colour

1/2 tsp pepper powder

oil to deep fry

Method

For Marination:In a mixing bowl add freshly cleaned chicken,all-purpose flour/maida,cornflour,egg,garam masala,salt,red chilli powder,ginger-garlic paste and mix well…..keep aside for 1/2 to 1 hr aside……

Now,in a deep frying pan add oil and let it heat…..once the oil is piping hot deep fry the above marinated chicken pieces on medium flame and keep aside on an absorbent paper….

Now,in a pan add 2 tsp oil,once it is hot add green chillies,curry leaves,curd and mix well………after 2-3 mts add red colour,then add deep fried chicken pieces,pepper powder,salt and cook till the curd is totally absorbed………that’s it your chicken 65 is ready to serve……………….serve hot with tomato sauce……hope u’ll njoy….:)
