Ingredients

Sliced bread – 1 loaf

Butter – 100 gms

Mint chutney – 3 tbsp

Cucumber – 1

Carrots – 2

Tomatoes – 2

Onions – 2

boiled aloo slices

green gram sprouts

Salt, Pepper powder – As required

Method

remove outer skin and slice the vegetables….apply butter on one side of bread slices….now,spread mint chutney on the buttered side of the slice…arrange sliced aloo,cucumber,tomato,carrot,onions,sprouts,sprinkle salt and pepper as required and cover with one more buttered bread slice….

now,apply some butter to a bread toaster and place the stuffed bread slices ….roast them till crispy…..repeat with other slices also….serve hot

those who dont have the bread toaster can do this on a dosa pan…just add some butter and place the stuffed bread slices over it and roast them on both the sides…..that’s it ur sandwich is ready to serve … 🙂

Mint chutney

Ingredients

1/2 cup mint leaves

1/4 cup coriander leaves

1 green chilli

3 tsp lemon juice

5 tsp water (or 2 tsp water and 1 tsp curd)

salt to taste

Method

clean all the greens and blend all the above ingredients till smooth…..pour into a bowl and serve…
