Ingredients

Shark fish

water

3-4 tsp oil

1-2 medium sized onions

3-4 greenchillies

1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

salt to taste

1tsp red chilli powder

pinch of turmeric

curry leaves

coriander leaves

1tsp garam masala

Method

Clean the fish and boil it in a vessel with closed lid adding  some water ….

once the boiling is done…. let the fish cool and, peel off the skin….now with your fingers  mix the fish as a mixture and add some salt,turmeric,red chilli pwd and keep aside

meanwhile in an other vessel add some oil,once it is piping hot add onions and green chilli and fry till the onions are translucent…..

add curry leaves ,ginger-garlic paste,fry for a minute and add the fish mixture….now add garam masala and fry till the curry is completely dry…garnish with corainder leaves…

goes gr8 with hot rice and ghee….i luv it d mosttt :)) hope u all like this tooo
