Ingredients

Maida /All Purpose Flour 100gms

Butter 100gms

Powdered sugar 100gms

eggs 2

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

pinch of baking powder

Choco Powder 20gm

Method

Take a bowl and add butter….keep the butter at room temperature so that it is easy to mix…..once the butter is creamy add powdered sugar and start mixing till it is creamy……now,beat the eggs and vanilla essence together in a bowl……add half of the egg-vanilla mixture into the butter and mix slowly,after sometime add the remaining egg-vanilla mixture and mix thoroughly till it is creamy…..(adding egg-vanilla mixture in batches will not make the mixture to curdle)……now,add maida ,choco powder ,baking powder and mix well…..now,take the cake mould tray and arrange the paper cups…..fill half of the paper cup with cake batter,as it will double the size…..preheat the oven to 200°c-180°c……after 5 mins place the tray in the oven and bake at 200°c for 10mts…….now,reduce to 180°c and bake for 10mts…..check with a toothpick if they are ready or no….. njoy ur muffins :) …happy baking.
