Ingredients
Hung curd 250 gms
Mint leaves 1/2cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
green chillies 2-3 no
garlic pods 2-3 no
1/2 onion chopped
roasted cumin 1 tsp
oil 1tsp
salt to taste
black salt(optional)

Method
Hung curd preparation….
Take curd in a cloth and pack it tightly with a band and keep it on a sieve so that all the water goes out…for 1 hour….it will be more creamy….this is Hung curd

Now,take a mixie jar and add mint,coriander,chilli,garlic, onions and grind to a paste….add this paste to the hung curd and mix well…now,add roasted cumin,salt ,oil and mix well….that’s it BBQ Sauce is ready to serve 🙂 goes great with any barbeque .
