Vermicelli Kheer

Ingredients

Vermicelli   1cup

sugar           11/2 cup

milk             2 cups

water           1/2 to 1 cup

ghee             2 tsp

dry fruits     cashews,almonds

Method

Dry roast the vermicelli and the dry fruits till golden brown and keep aside….nw add milk and water together in a dish and let it boil…..now,add vermicelli and cook till soft,…add sugar and let it dissolve…..allow the consistency to thicken a bit and serve finally adding dryfruits…. 🙂
