Ingredients

Lamb boneless 300gm

processor

salt as required

ginger-garlic paste 2tsp

pinch of turmeric 

red chilli powder 1-2 tsp

garam masala 1-2 tsp

coriander powder 1 tsp

melted butter 2tsp

beaten egg 1 no

fried onions small cup

Method

Clean and cut the lamb into fine pieces…..grind to a coarse paste in a processor….take the meat into a bowl and add all the above ingredients one by one and knead till everything is mixed well….now,take a small ball sized lamb mixture into your palm and flatten it like a round cookie….toast them on a frying pan on both the sides on medium heat adding 2 tsp oil….serve hot with tomato ketchup or bbq dip and njoyy 🙂
