Aloo fry

serves 2 people
Ingredients
2 Potato/Aloo chopped into small cubes
1 small onion finely chopped
2-3 garlic flakes
1tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
4-5 tsp oil

Procedure
  • Take a vessel and add oil to it.When the oil gets heated add garlic flakes ,chopped onions and fry till the onions turn light brown.Add little salt so that the onions cook fast.
  • Now,add aloo and stir continuosly or else it sticks to the vessel and close the lid.
  • When the aloo is half cooked add turmeric pwd and red chilli powder.
  • Add sufficient salt and switch off the stove.
