Ingredients

2 big fish pieces

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

pich of turmeric

salt as required

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp dhaniya powder

1 tsp jeera powder

1 tsp lemon juice

oil required to fry

procedure

  • In a bowl add ginger-garlic paste,turmeric,red chilli pwd,salt,dhaniya pwd,jeera pwd,lemon juice mix well and apply to the fish fillets and marinade this for an hour…….
  • Now,pour oil in a frying pan and add the marinated pieces and cook ┬áboth sides till they turn brown……it approximately takes 10-15mts to cook.
  • serve hot with onion rings and lemon.
