Egg Fried Rice

Egg fried rice is an easily prepared recipe which requires cooked rice,eggs,onion,greenchilli,tomato,vinegar,chilli sauce,soya sauce,pepper powder and ajinamoto.It hardly takes 15-20 mts to prepare the recipe.It should be served hot only then you can feel the real taste.

Ingredients
1 Cup rice(should be cooked before and keep aside)
2 Eggs
1 Onion finely chopped
2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
1 Small tomato finely chopped
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
3/4 tsp ajinamoto
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
oil as required
salt to taste

Procedure

  • First cook the rice and once it is done keep the lid open .(make sure the rice is not very smooth).
  • Meanwhile in a cooking vessel add 4-5 tsp oil and when it is hot add chopped onions and greenchillies and fry them for 2-3 mts.Now,add tomato and fry till the tomato is soft.Now,add turmeric powder and pepper powder and stir well.Then add eggs and and stir continuosly on high heat till the egg is half cooked.Now,add rice and stir continuosly or else the rice will stick to the cooking vessel.
  • Now,add vinegar,chilli sauce,soya sauce and ajinamoto fry for 2-3 mts and switch off the stove.
  • Serve hot.
