Murgh Malai Kebab

Ingredients

300gm boneless chicken

150gm mozzarella cheese

half cup hung curd

11/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2-3 tsp heavy cream

2 tsp crushed kasoori methi

2 tsp black pepper pwd

11/2 tsp cornflour

2tsp garammasala

salt

1 tsp oil

2tsp melted butter

some onions and red bellpepper cubes

Method

In a bowl mash the cheese with your hand for 4-5mts and make smooth.Now add hung curd,kasoori methi,salt,garam masala, black pepper pwd,and g-g paste.Add the cream and cornflour.Mix everything very well.Add chicken cubes and oil to the curd mixture.Mix well.Keep the chicken marinated overnight or for atleat 4-5 hrs.Secure the marinated chicken cubes with some onion and capsicum cubes in skewers.Grill them in preheated oven for 20 mts at 230 c.after that change the sides and again grill them for 15mts.Brush some butter each side after grilling.Yummy murgh malai kebabs are ready to eat 🙂

Ingredients

100gm boneless chicken

Salt as required

1-1/2 tsp Chilli pwd

Pinch of turmeric

1-1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

6-7 tsp gram/besan flour

Oil to deep fry

2no green chillies

Curry leaf

Water 1/2 cup

pinch of Baking pwd(optional)

Method

Mix all the above ingredients together adding little water…..medium consistency is needed….deep fry the chicken in medium flame and serve hot with ketchup 🙂 hope u all like   this…..

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken 150gms

onion finely chopped lengthwise 1 no

small carrot finely chopped

green chillies 2-3no

salt to taste

butter 2-3 tsp

soya sauce 1tsp(optional)

rice vinegar 1tsp(optional)

egg white 1no

ginger-garlic paste

11/2 tsp pepper pwd 2tsp

chilli pwd 1tsp

turmeric pinch of

water as needed

Method

Clean the chicken….now add chilli pwd,turmeric,ginger-garlic paste,1tsp pepper pwd ….mix well….now,pressure cook for 5-6 whistles adding some water….once,it is cooked finely chop the chicken and don’t throw away the boiled chicken water….now,in a cooking pan add butter and let it melt….now add finely chopped onions and let it turn light brown….add green chillies, and carrot….cook covered for a minute….now add finely chopped chicken pieces….once the carrot is cooked add boiled chicken water,and an additional 2 cups water and bring to boil….add pepper pwd,soya and vinegar….let it boil for 2-3 mts….simmer and then add egg white and mix well….finally add chopped coriander and serve….:)
